Privacy Policy

Who operates the game
Last Pixel Games operates Parcel Panic. For privacy questions or a parent’s request about their child’s information, contact gameslastpixel@gmail.com.
Information stored on your device
The game stores completed levels, medals, coins, reward and attempt records, and preferences such as sound and music locally. Last Pixel Games does not receive these saves. There are no accounts, purchases, social features, chat, or cloud synchronization. The game does not ask for your name, date of birth, precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone recordings.
Rewarded advertising and Google services
When advertising is enabled on Android, Google AdMob and its User Messaging Platform handle advertising and privacy settings. A rewarded ad is offered for an extra throw or doubled coins. You can continue playing without watching an ad.
Google’s advertising SDK may process an IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device identifiers to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Last Pixel Games does not operate a server to collect this advertising information. This information may be sent to Google and its advertising service partners even though game progress remains local. Choosing whether to watch a rewarded ad does not necessarily prevent SDK activity when an ads-enabled game starts.
We configure every player’s ad requests as child-directed and under the age of consent, limit ad content to the SDK’s G rating, disable ad personalization and publisher first-party IDs, and remove the Android advertising ID permission. These controls limit advertising data use; they do not mean that advertising collects no information. Builds with advertising disabled do not start the game’s advertising adapter.
Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising information for its processing practices.
Intended audience and younger users
Parcel Panic is intended for teens and adults aged thirteen and older. It is not marketed to children under thirteen. The game does not verify or collect players’ ages. As a conservative privacy setting, it continues to apply child-directed and under-age-of-consent advertising treatment to every player, with no separate personalized advertising experience for adults. These SDK settings do not determine who the game is intended for. Parents should handle support emails for younger users and avoid including a child’s name, age, photos, or other personal details.
A parent can contact Last Pixel Games to ask about, request deletion of, or stop further use of information they or their child sent directly to us. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify and fulfill a request. Local game saves cannot be accessed remotely by Last Pixel Games.
Support email
The Support button opens your email application. Sending a message voluntarily shares your email address and the message contents with Last Pixel Games and the email providers involved. We use those messages to answer support or privacy requests, not to build advertising profiles. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
Retention and deletion
Local progress and preferences remain until you clear the app’s storage or delete the app’s data. Clearing storage permanently removes progress and coins. Android backup or restoration may depend on your device settings. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to answer the request and resolve related issues, or as required by law; you can request its deletion by email. Google controls retention and deletion of information it processes under its policies. Clearing local game data does not itself delete information already processed by Google.
Security and external links
Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK encrypts data in transit using TLS. Local game saves are ordinary app data and are not an encrypted vault. Privacy and support links open external services with their own privacy practices. This policy page is hosted on GitHub Pages; visiting it is subject to GitHub’s privacy statement. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the game’s privacy practices change and revise the date above.
